On these sites "employers" post small tasks to be completed for cash by "employees". These are good places to rack up some cash to buy advertising, or start a campaign yourself to bring traffic to your site. You can get money on here a lot faster than you can with other sites, but depending on the job you do it can take a good amount of work to get it.
